Update your HP Printer Driver

  • This is a trick that is worth a shot. Try this first, as it might end up solving your issue without going through the hassles. Here are the steps
  • Open  File Explorer, and go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3;
  • Apply the filter of file type under this folder with the .gpd extension by clicking the down arrow next to Type;
  • Select the GPD file, and Rename all these files with a .gpd extension;
  • *make sure that all the files are backed up, just in case things go awry; and
  • Save the changes that you made and restart your PC.
