  • Locate the software’s icon on your PC. Tap it to open it. 

Mac 

Currently, the HP Solution Center isn’t available for Mac. In place of it, Mac users can use the HP Utility tool. It has the same function as Solution Center on Mac devices. To download the tool, go to the official website of HP. 

 

What to Do if Your HP Solution Center Doesn’t Open?


You may carry out the download of this printer management program but find that it does not open. It is important to note that the program does not work if your system does not have Flash software activated.

 

However, Flash is not supported by the industry at present. So, the Solution Center program can also not work. Fortunately, you can use the built-in print driver in the Windows system to print and scan.
