  4. Make a proper connection of the printer o the network.

    1. If your printer came with a touchscreen control panel: 

      1. Tap to open the set up. Click on Network, or Wireless menu.

      2. In the next step, select Wireless Setup Wizard.

      3. Follow the instructions given on the screen to connect your printer to the network.

    2. If your printer came without a touchscreen control panel:

      1. Press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button simultaneously.

      2. Wait for the Power light to flash, and then wait for the Wireless light to flash.

 

Note: If you have a Tango printer, you must wait for at least 5 sec until the edge lighting turns blue after pressing the Wireless Button on the rear of the printer.

 

  1. To initiate the connection, press and hold the WPS button (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) on the router simultaneously. Once the connection is successfully built, the Wireless light on the printer will stop flashing.

  1. The first step is to make sure your printer is ready to print. Check that the power to the printer is turned on, ink cartridges are properly installed, and the paper stack is loaded in the paper tray.

  2. Open the document/ picture you want to print on paper, and then click on the Share icon or .

  3. Click on the Print icon and open the Printer Options.

  4. Select the printer from which you want to print.

  5. Modify the print settings according to your requirement, which involves, paper orientation, no. of copies, size of the print, etc.
