5.      Another way to resolve the error is by removing the installed DIMMS.

7.      If you are satisfied with the print job, install the DIMM, which your printer supports.

 

Step 3. Keep the printer driver up-to-date 

 

The outdated printer drivers also create trouble while printing, and hence you must keep them up-to-date. If needed, then you can reinstall the drivers by completely uninstalling the previous versions.

 

1.      Search for Control Panel on your computer.

2.      Once the Control Panel window opens, click uninstall a program and delete all the HP printer files.

3.      Now you will need to the right click on the Start icon and open the device manager.

4.      Go to the print queues and remove the HP device by uninstalling it.

5.      Now navigate to the website 123.hp.com/setup.

6.      Go to the download driver section.

7.      Choose to download the complete driver package.
