  • If HP Easy Start downloads started, follow the instructions given on the MAC screen to begin the setup and install your printer driver successfully and once it is completed, you are all set to use your printer as the setup is completed.

  • At certain times, Easy start fails or your printer is not available on 123.hp.com. You can continue to follow the steps given below to install the printer driver from HP official website.

  • 4. If your printer driver is not downloaded, Visit 123.hp.com for HP Software and Driver Downloads and enter the model number of your HP printer and confirm that the version of the operating system you are using.

  • 5. Under the section ‘Driver-Product Installation Software’, select the ‘Download’ button near HP Easy Start or the full feature driver.

  • 6. A file will be downloaded to your MAC system named HP.dmg or HP Easy Start file or the HP .dmg file. Open the file to begin the installation.

  • 7. Click on USB, if you are asked for a Printer connection type.

  • 8. Click on the name of the printer you are using to print followed by clicking on Use or Print Using menu, and choose the name of your printer in the pop-up appeared on your screen.

  • 9. Click on the Add button.

  • 10. Complete the installation from HP installer.
