Step 3. Restart Print Spooler and Delete Pending Print Jobs 

 

1.     Press Windows + R keys on the computer keyboard to open the Run dialogue box.

2.      Next, you need to type services.msc and hit Enter.

3.      You will see the Services window, here click Print Spooler.

4.      Right-click on it, and click Stop.

5.      Minimize Services window, open the File Explorer from My Computer.

6.      Now you need to follow the path C:\Windows\System32\spool\Printers. Your PC might warn you during the process; you need to click the “View file anyway.”

7.      After that, select all the files and click Delete on the keyboard.

8.      Great! You just have removed the pending print jobs.

9. Now open the Services window again, right-click Print Spooler and choose Start.

10.  Now close all windows and try to print from the HP printer.

 

Step 4. Fix the issue with inbuilt Printer Troubleshooter 

 

1.      Open the Run dialogue box, type Control, and hit Enter.

2.      The Control Panel window opens, here search for Troubleshooter.

3.      Click Troubleshooting.

4.     Now go to the Hardware and Sound Problem option and click Use a Printer.

5.      Enter the administrator password and click Allow.

6.      Click Next to let the troubleshooter scan your printer problems.
